Beyonce's year just keep getting better and better. The city of Houston is planning to build a massive monument in Beyonce's honor! Two local Houston men are currently in talks with the city of Houston to create a "Hall of Beyonce." The mini museum has already received the approval from the Mayor of Houston and plan's to open its doors on September 4th, Beyonce's birthday.
